The Danish Institute for Studying Abroad is an excellent program for students who want to be immersed in a culture but still have a rigorous and rewarding academic schedule. DIS does a great job of giving students to get involved in the Copenhagen community and uses Europe as its classroom for two weeks of the semester. You will not regret choosing this program.

This program balances learning, culture, and immersion in an incredible and integrative way. I couldn't be more happy with my choice to study at DIS and it will be something that I will cherish forever.

DIS Copenhagen was a unique experience for me. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who is looking into it. Not only have I learned more about my career and my future plans but I have also met the most wonderful people. Great professionals that have guided me in what to do as well as great students who have become more than just friends.
The opportunity to be part of a Danish family gave me the opportunity to not only learn more about the culture and their traditions, but also went to places in Denmark where otherwise I would have not gone to.

This is a really good program for people who want to experience what being a student in a different part of the world is like. There are plenty of opportunities this program gives that allow you to fully experience the cultural environment of Scandinavia. I would definitely recommend this program to my friends and students are thinking about studying abroad.
