Apply today for Spring 2022 Semester Abroad!

To begin your Spring 2022 application, go to the list of programs, click on the link for the program that you intend to apply to, and then click “Apply Now.” You will be prompted to log in with your SJU username and password.  Complete all items in the checklist by the deadline. (You can also use the list to explore programs if you have not selected one yet!) 

To return to an application that you have already started, log in to the CIP website by clicking "SJU Login/Register" from the top right corner. You will be directed to your Applicant Home page.   

Deadlines vary, with some as early as September 15th.

If your application for a semester abroad was previously approved and you plan to defer your participation to Spring 2022, please do not open a new application. Please notify the CIP of your plans at studyabroad@sju.edu, and we will provide separate deferral instructions.

SJU is monitoring COVID-19 and related conditions for travel. The University will review the status of spring semester abroad in October 2021. Students are advised not to make any non-refundable payments for their semester abroad until a University update for spring student travel is provided.
